caching softbodies

Hi all,
I read about this argument on F1 guide (I need to activate the cache option in export central).
in my case, I need to simulate a bunch of grapes which collides...60-70 objects.
is there a way, a script, to enable an option in the export central (.sd mode in my case) for multiple objects at once?
