Store Velocity Channel in Alembic, not yet?

Hey guys,
Have anybody found a way to store the velocity channel in the alembic files?
I can believe i have still to use the RF plugins in the programs to make the MB works. Or the trick with the vray_proxy (i'm not using Vray)

Aside from that the RF_Maya plugin have the option if i make the simulation inside maya, but i made my sim in the RF standalone software.

Hi!

I don't have an answer to your question, but luckily we have the workarounds of using the connectivity plugins for reading those older particle and mesh formats. Or using the integrated RF plugins for Cinema4D, Maya, and 3Dsmax. Furthermore, myself I often use motion blur as a post effect in AfterEffects.
