what is the right way to mesh and texture the particles after finished simulation when using granular solver and after to render a realistic sand?

Do not mesh granular particles. Just use them as they are and use a point rendering method. But which steps are necessary depends very much on your 3D software and render engine.
In Cinema4D, for example, we can add a "thinking particles geometry node" and add a texture to that.
