I can't see the images, but the video link is working.
"sometimes the Paint isn't sticking to brush".
I do remember sth. about the "Sticky" parameter not working well with animated geometry, maybe that's the problem. I think it's even stated somewhere in the Help.
I think this was solved for Dyverso though, so i'd try the Liquid-PBD solver, maybe it works well for this.
Then use a very high "Sticky" value for the object
And also check the "DY Interact Distance". This is the area around the surface in which the particles will be influenced/attracted by the object. Make sure that this value is not too high, because then the particles would build up to a big blob around the brush.
If it's too low, no particles would stick to the surface.
What you want is a thin area around the brush that makes the particles stick to the brush, and use a high Sticky value to make a thin paint layer around the brush.
A high surface tension and some viscosity (it's called "Damping" in the Liquid-PBD solver...) for the particles ahould lead to the dripping effect.
That's what i'd try.
