I realized a more rough approximation may work as a momentary fix.
I'm looking for a 1 second, large flood simulation.
The water should have a texture of red and green gradient along the UV. The texture should travel, but not blend colors.
The output I'm looking for are a functioning scene and a test output of 1 second of meshes and textures.
