Dyverso Fill Object Interaction with Geometry

Postby nshaun » Thu Aug 10, 2017 2:24 pm

Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to have a Dyverso 'Fill Object' set to geometry on the scene interact with itself, as in the particles it generates collide with the fill object they were generated from.
It seems possible to do with a normal particle system but I can't work out a way apart from creating a duplicate of the object just for collisions. (This isn't a viable option in the project I'm working on).
I've looked everywhere, but I'm surprised to find little on the subject.

Thanks in advance

Are you on RF10.1? If yes than it's pretty easy and here's a video that shows you the workflows in RF10.0 (two objects) and RF10.1 (one object). The update on RF10.1 is free and available from the website. I really recommend downloading it, because you'll also get all the new Dyverso materials.

Thanks for the fast reply.
That did the trick. I may have over-complicating things because of a heap of other variables in my scene.

Thanks a lot!
