This is looking good, however, it does have a certain glue type feel to it. Have you though about adding foam?

I plan to completely redo the simulation. Reduce viscosity and to write a script cleaning the hole. I think the foam would look better

Its a good start. The milk shader needs work. It's too white. It needs some SSS with a slight bit of yellow.

i think that meshing is also a problem here. when the wave collapses to the surface you get no splash, instead of this, the meshes that should interact, becomes one. This is also my problem when meshing...

It is a nice mesh... is it possible to get the values of the the mesher?

I suppose the balance between the thinning and the smooth values is the key here...
