Plasma beam

Postby julmer » Fri Jul 15, 2016 9:01 am

Hello,

I have a new question. Is it possible to make a Plasma beam like this on the picture with the new Plug-In?

Regards,

Jochen

Hi

you can render RealFlow particles with many different effects including light and fire, but.... it is still a fluid simulation and electric arcs are a different story. Some electric effects have gas-like behavior such as northern lights or plasma balls, but for electric arcs you are better off with a particle plugin such as X-particles for C4D that has an lightning function built-in.
