Dynamics collision

I am trying to make a dynamic collision. I created a box(Soft body), a cylindrical pole(Passive rigid body). When I try to colide the box with the pole, it colides fine when velocity of the box is 10. But when I increase the velocity to 20, box pass through the pole. Can anyone give me information why this happens.

In scene I created there are 4 objects, a box, a cylinder, a box floor, a gravity daemon.

I'm using Realflow 10 trial.

When objects are faster you need higher precision and precision is controlled through time steps (in RF they're called substeps). The rigid and soft body solver has its own substeps settings:

Click on the small triangle next to the "Simulate" button and choose "Options" from the context menu. There go to "Caronte" and increase "Quality". It can also be helpful to make the ground collision object thicker.
