Hey Everybody

Finally began work on the contest, our concept is simple, a sand castle is being attacked and washed away by a wave. Inspired by the shot from lord of the rings where the Nine Kings are washed away by the river. Our wave will have dragon heads, so basically we are giving character to the wave in form of an attacking dragon. I am uploading our progress so far, should a have a simulation to show by tomorrow.

Hmmm. I am very curious about this one also. Correct me if i'm wrong,
but is your sand castle not made from geometry?

How is it going to wash away convincingly unless it is particle based?
I made a castle turret model and used particle flow to take the shape of it
and used particle dispersion with collision testing to blow it away in 3ds max.

Very curious to see this one.
