Not sure there is anything you can do. Apparently, there is a part of each face that does not interact with the particles. I'd love an answer to this question myself. Hopefully, one of the geniuses here can help.

Hi.

A few things could be the cause.

You're filling up the object too much so the particles have no other place to go but out.
Your substeps are too low.
You have holes in your object.
Your scale is too big (the model looks much bigger than it should be)?
You've given the object a too small collision distance.

I started to clutch at straws towards the end.

--------

What exactly are you trying to do? Do you want the object to be fully filled each frame?

If so, there is a script you can use to do that. Using a Fill Object emitter it basically fills the object each frame and exports those particles.

geometry scale = 0.5
min substeps = 50
max substeps = 555

thanks for the inputs. ill make the scale smaller. and see what happens. the mesh is quite air tight.

hes basically a glassman. the mesh body will be glass. and hes being filled with water.

ill post a vid soon.
