Hello all,
Just trying to get some simple RealWave action going on with some objects coming up from beneath the surface. But I'm encountering some slightly strange behaviour and I'm not sure why.
Check out a playblast https://www.box.com/s/3ychs0dfgjzbd2dqlr2n:
There's 2 cylinders, one is a primitive animated in realflow, and behaves as expected. The other is a cylinder from Softimage which is animated and then imported as an SD file.
All is well if the cylinder is travelling purely in Y, but as soon as there is any translation in X or Z, there's an unexpected effect on the area surrounding the object.
I'm not an expert, but this doesn't seem to make any sense. Am I missing something? Maybe someone could point me in the right direction?!
Thanks a lot
Realwave weirdness...
Re: Realwave weirdness...
This wierdness I have seen when I am exporting stuff from houdini.I dont know exact reason. We need some expert's insight.

Re: Realwave weirdness...
First, check if Realflow's axis setup matches with your applications axis setup. Did you Freeze Transformations before animating?
