realflow 5 hybrido zigzag problem

Postby movector » Sun Sep 02, 2012 5:57 am

Please see the attached image.
Object fly out of the water, very obvious zigzag problem( will much better some frames later). But, how to fix it ? Is there any way to "smooth" it without increasing the resolution ? ( Naiad behaves much better with much lower resolution with no extra settings), any suggestion are welcome, thanks!

Your scene scale looks very small, what settings are you using for your grid domain.

domain size is 5x5x5.5, the object size is about 1.5m(original size is 15m, i scaled down to 1/10), no special settings, just default grid with 10 million resolution.
you may find info on HUD

when i set scale to default( object size about 15m), same problem, see the attachment.
