meshes problem ..

Postby pilami » Sun Jun 26, 2011 6:51 am

hi !

i've just rendered several tests, i've got the same problem in each of them .. my mesh is flickering a lot ..

http://vimeo.com/25607779 on this one i've used these parameters :

polygon size : 0.02
Filter : Relaxation 0.4 ..... Tension 0 .... Steps 64
Field : Blend Factor 95 .... Radius 0,0263
FPS Output 60
Time Step Adaptive 1 - 40

Geometry scale : 1

i wonder what i did wrong ..

any ideas ? =)

i tried different things, like decreasing scale to 0.1, increasing time step up to 300 (fixed)
always the same ..

i'll try with houdini as tmdag said a few years ago :)

It might be a case of too little particle resolution. How many particles in this sim?

i've used a grid fluid domain (resolution 500 000) .. but 3200 particles :/

shame on me :)

i'll try to lower grid fluid domain scale .. with higher resolution
