Postby TinuZ » Wed May 13, 2009 3:53 pm

Hi,

I'm trying to find the preferences file on linux but I just can't find it.

It's not saving my prefs, probably due to permissions.

so I need the location where it's at...

thnx

I took a look around and not sure where they put it. Nothing is in the usual places like hidden in the home directory or var directory. This would probably be a good question for Next Limit. Let us know if you figure it out. Cheers!

from Nextlimit:

"In windows, the RF preferences get saved on the registry.

On a linux system, you can find them under the .qt folder."

name is: preferences4rc

Wow, that's pretty obscure. No wonder I couldn't find it. Thanks for the info!
