This is kind of simple and might be dumb, but I find the bright orange yellow color used for "Objects" to be distracting when I am doing a lot of work in Realflow. I get so annoyed with that color that I finally wrote a little batch script to change the color for all objects in my scene to a more nuetral grey.
Here's the script for anyone else that might like it.
sceneObjects = scene.getObjects()
for singleObject in sceneObjects:
singleObject.setParameter("Color", Vector.new(169, 169, 169))
Just create this as a Batch Script and then place it on your Scripts Shelf. Assign some button to the script on the shelf. Then you can load in your objects, convert the colors to something easier on your eyes, and get to work.
