I am just doing a project with it in combo with realflow. HOT is pretty good.
One thing to bare in mind when using the surfacing node to get the foam output, dont be afraid of whacking the wave height up way beyond what the corresponding displacement settings are. You have alot of control over the out put like this.

I have output a foam map, its an image sequence, I am just trying to get realflow to see the image sequence, at the moment it only sees one frame. And if I set it to wetmap, its just black. Any thoughts on this one ?

Realflow can be pretty finicky with image formats - try a different one than the one you're having no luck with and see if that solves it.

I have tried jpg, bmp and png. No luck.

[object has been imported via SD, UV map intact]

Just so I am clear, I am supposed to load in a texture into the object, and should it auto update according to number frames that it finds? Or do I have to select wetmap so it does it? I am slightly confused.

I can get one image on there fine and its correct, but i need to animate the texture for particle emission.

Is this padding sensitive. Does it have to be 5? I will try that.

No Joy. Tried everything I can think of. Can someone tell me its possible to have an image sequence animated on some snimated SD based geometry?
