Hi everybody,
I just ran a Real Wave simulation and got the motion just he way I like it. The problem is when I bring the wave into Lightwave. I've got a texture for a semi transparent fluid with a green tint that I have an object falling into.
I'm trying to set the transparency so I can see the object after it goes below the surface. Before the object hits the wave, the transparency works just he way I want it, but once the object disturbs the surface, it becomes completely opaque.
I know that when you disturb the surface of a real fluid, it becomes harder to see what's going on below, but you still should be able to make out something.
I'm using Lightwave for rendering. Check out the images below. Can you make out what the object is underneath? Neither can I.
Any ideas?
