You won't make a good producer ''in the near future'' with that attitude. You're
forgiven this time as you don't know what it takes to make 50 photoreal blood

Hello everyone,

I'm directing the movie short. I apologize for my producer friend Paul's assumption as he does not know much about visual effects.

We're not looking for 50 shots.

I'm looking for around half a dozen CG blood sprays rendered. I can do all the compositing work myself. I'm also happy to reuse the same blood sprays for different shots. I work well with After Effects, I just don't know 3D rendering.

I could also look for stock footage of blood sprays, but they're usually designed for gunshots and not sword cuts, so the flow strength/speed isn't what I'm looking for.

We asked here because I like the stylized look of blood from "300" and "Ninja Assassin", and I knew those were created using realflow.

Let me know if a request like this is at all possible. I totally understand if it's asking too much for free. I would also really appreciate if you knew of any stock footage blood sprays that work for sword cuts and pointed me in that direction.

Thank you, and I apologize again.

Here's a sample of my work: (you can see I composited blood hits from Action Movie Essentials 2 in here, but they look terrible for sword cuts, hence why I'm looking for better rendered cg blood)
