Oil drops in water

Postby Photoangel » Mon Apr 03, 2017 5:07 pm

Hello together,

I am new in Realflow. If you put some oil in water you get oil drops swimming on the surface of the water. So ist it possible to simulate oil drops in water with Realsflow? And how it can be doen? Are there some tutororias availabel? Maybe you can help me. Thank you very much.

Best regards

I think the place to start is use the default settings for the water. For the oil, cut the Density in half and give it a high Surface Tension value. The density will make the oil float and the surface tension will make the drops collection into groups.

Good Luck,
