There are these small droplets that fly away very rapidly from time to time. This is caused by relatively few substeps in the simulation option in combination with high viscosity. Try rising it to, for example, 100 minimum sub steps.

hey thank for the feedback... so, i read a little about the sub steps. is the sub steps parameters only work for viscosity control? or there are any use beyond the viscosity? and how i control the min/max sub steps?

Substeps have no immediate influence on the look of the fluid, but are important for stability. Each time you have explosions of particles or these isolated stray particles like in your example you should try higher substeps for the simulation.
