Houdini is nice, but it can't do the detail like Realflow.

16 different flutes of champagne - two styles of classic flute glasses.
Some of these have large masses of small bubbles - as when the champagne has just been poured into the flute.
Some have large bubbles of variable scale - as when the champagne is poured from a bottle that has been open for awhile, and after the small bubble-large mass episode has passed.
Some have the thin trails of small bubbles twisting slightly upward in the glass - as when some time has passed after the champagne was poured into the glass.
All have foam appropriate to the nature of the pour and the passage of time.
Took me two days to work out a decent champagne foam shader for Maxwell Render, but I have that now. Anyone needs it, let me know and I'll email you the settings.
