Since Maya will be Autodesk's primary VFX platform in future, it is always interesting for effects-interested people to have a look at the latest edition.

Actually, this is Naiad's technology integrated into Maya now as "Bifrost procedural effects platform"

Wow! I'm a life long Lightwave user, but that is really cool. I doubt Newtek will be doing anything like that in Lightwave anytime soon.
