did your script work for you? Yes, it works. I guess your cube object doesn't have enough resolution. And I've put the script under StepsPre. You can use a batch script to subdivide the cube - that's what I did: Cube01.tesselate(0.02) And if you need a sphere with more vertices: scene.addSphere(4) ...

RFConnect | Lightwave Update (LW 2018 support)

Next Limit has updated the RFConnect plugins suite for use with Lightwave 2018. You can download the plugins from your account in the customer portal (version 6.0.0.2).

Please note that this version is just a compatibility update and no new features have been added.

You're totally right: independet hubs shouldn't interact each other. That's the main purpose. Yes, that's normal with increased resolution: this parameter control the radius of the particles (higher resolution = smaller radius) and therefore the distance between the particles will be smaller. I'm on C4D and I use scatterers, RealFlow | Cinema 4D, or Thinking Particles to apply grain instance...

2% of the original volume? There's definitely something going wrong. I just did a quick test with a 2x2x2 standard cube and a granular domain. Resolution is 4 and it ended up with approx. 50% of the original volume. With substeps set to 4/6 and stacking = 0.1 I get roughly 85-90% of the original vol...
