Script help

i have just tried it and for some reason when the particles swap to the second emitter, they explode of into space. if i change emitter02 viscosity to 3 its fine, once it gets to ~15, stray particles start to fly off. i just had a thought could an object be given the ability to act like a deamon? so...

Emitting with small speed but large volume

Depending on what your filed of view would be once rendered, there are a number of approaches you could take. 1) Use a volume emitter, rather than via emitter speed. Settle it and then allow it to escape by removing some "blocking" geometry that covered the hole it escapes from. Like uncorking a bot...

Reverse mesh sequence

And I'm assuming the plugin you use to import RF to your renderer isn't capable of reversing the sequence? If that is the case, a couple of things spring to mind:- 1) A long-winded way would be to run your particles through a binary loader, switched to reverse the sequence and then mesh again. 2) ag...

bubs wrote: Up the collision tolerance in the geometry Node cheers You probably mean Distance Tolerance Bubs, but in this case I would lower it if you left it at default. Set your distance tolerance to half your collision distance to start with. Secondly, this sounds to me like you don't have enough...

You can enter a defined number of particles using the Max Particle number, or simply turn the speed of the emitter to zero and it will stop emitting.

Realflow help/question...

I think you just need to bear in mind that low res means faster sim times and hi res means more realistic results. In theory you apply these principles to your projects' needs. Clearly there are always exceptions, such as lowering the resolution during testing for a high res scene for example. In sh...

RealFlow 5.0.1 Meshing cmd not working

also another stupid probl, u cant open scene from 5.0.1.0152 in v5.0.0???? With regards to the .flw files, this was always the case with versions of RF4, no backward compatability between patches unfortunately. yes 5.0.1.0152, no still no answer??? Busy in the U.S.A perhaps - a small show going on I...
