F12 will open the Export Overview. Try pointing your emitter to a different directory and see, if this solves the problem.

For your job, kSpeed should work fine. Also attach a Drag Deamon onto your liquid, as Drag reduces momentum. Set the Bounce value of the object containing the liquid close to 0.0, because otherwise the particles will be repelled when touching geometry. Lowering Internal Pressure could help, but this...

Foam emitters work in Hybrido, only. Try searching for Foam Scripts in this forum, there are a few threads on this matter.

Don't use Realflow for an effect like that. You will get further using a combination of Fume FX and Krakatoa.
