here is an update

iv changed my idea, im going to have a sewer/river and a big gash of water comes out of sewer pipes.

and was thinking of having junk/rubbish getting washed away. unless i think of a better idea :)

need work on the water in the scene

if your going to use image seq then tiff is better. and like tsn said "It reallly depends on what you want to do" if its for final animation then its best to render as image seq. if your rendering just to see your progress then render as movie clip eg.. avi, .mov etc... but it is better to get into ...

you have to create a mesh daemon then run simulation. (make sure mesh is ticked in the "export central" before running simulation) then open c4d and create a mesh loader (from the plugin menu) then in the attribute load the mesh seq(from the realflow project folder) (mesh folder) then when you press...

how long is your tut?

it shouldnt get that big no matter what one of those codec's you have.

and the bitrate would depend on your res
