Re: Retiming dyverso particles

I transformed Dyverso particles to bin ones. Loaded particles into standard domain. After that I was able to re-time it.

ChriFF wrote:Did you use the "Retime" Tool? Then maybe does the "Binary Loader" work. It can retime as well... It needs the particles cached as .bin files though, i think.

Dyverso has no bin format

Re: Retiming dyverso particles

yeah, I've just found this one in release notes of fresh version:
RF-4049 Dyverso, Retimer - Dyverso retimed simulations do not interpolate the particle positions.

Thanks

Retiming dyverso particles

Has anyone had success in retiming Dyverso particles? I spent the whole evening trying to retime my simulation (need to slow down part of my simulation). Nothing worked. I checked Realflow 10 Release Notes (10.0.0.0135): RF-3958 Retimer - Retimer for Dyverso fluids only interpolates position and vel...

Re: Dyverso Crashes when using OpenCL-GPU or CUDA

hmm.. today I got the same problem. This time I had no filters at all. One Dyverso (SPH) domain and emitter, 5 k_Volume Daemons. Again, it reached about 4GB of vRAM in Win 10, and crushed. Elapsed time: 00:26:30 Remaining time (estimated): 05:08:56 Average time (frame): 00:00:20 >22:35:29: =========...

Re: Dyverso Crashes when using OpenCL-GPU or CUDA

I have the same problem. I use Dyverso Granular particles. Every time I simulate with GPU it Realflow crashes usually at random frame. I tried it on Windows 10 it was crushing every time Video memory was filled up to 4Gigadytes or so. Now, in Windows 7 it crashes every time it reaches 1 GByte of Vid...

Re: Problem with Sheeter Daemon

But it almost works, right? I think, the best would be to make the sheeter less active by reducing the cavity setting, After all, this classic scene of filling a glass rather needs a high surface tension to appear more realistic, unless you want to make a scene with a completely different type of f...

Re: Problem with Sheeter Daemon

yeah you are right, that is how it should be. When I reduce "Min cavity size" to anything between 0.0 and 0.9999 Sheeter fills no holes at all O.o oh my bad :))) I meant "Cavities detection ratio" ))) Anyway, thanks for the link :D By the way I've read "Splahes And Tendrils...
