be care with motionblur.
In my case (Max 2014, Frost 1.3), when you export to BIN mesh, it deletes the velocity info.
I´ve tried with RF particleMesh, RF meshLegacy and Frost.

have you tried with a DSpline daemon? Maybe could be a good way to get something like that.
