Realwave "tearing" apart?

There are a number of posts on this subject, pretty much all of which determine that it's something to do with the integrity of your model. Give it a good look over in your modelling package and ensure there's no duplicated polys or points etc.

If its possible, a copy of the aforementioned geometry, would be useful.

Actually Brian, it would be good for all if that sort of information were posted on the forum, and by all means link a thread in the Maxwell forum also.

need For help: how to simulate Rigid body with LW's SD file?

As far as I recall, RF will import an object from RF that is made of many layers, once it's exported as an SD file. So the answer, if you dont want to export your fragmented object as many files, is to simply use C4 destruct to put each fragment into it's own layer. Save that object and send it to L...

need For help: how to simulate Rigid body with LW's SD file?

If C4 destruct has the capability to save each part to a separate layer, that's what you need to do (haven't used it for a long time as it was bust during the 9.x upgrade round, but if it's now working, then great). If that fails, there is a DStorm plugin that will save layers to individual files. I...

RF mesh interpenetrating bottle geometry

Am I missing a setting on the mesh that tells it not to ignore the imported geometry? Basically, yes. You need more particles, that are closer together. Search the forum, there are a number of "liquid in bottle" threads that have encountered the same problems. Lower your internal pressure, up the re...
