i still couldnt find any working script which deletes selected particles (plus doesnt crash),

mhmm, i would parent a gravity field to the cap,
activate bounded and maybe key the strength so that you get some randomness in the drop's movement

its maybe a bit late but still.
you can take your logo and flip normals.
inside realflow use the object emitter to fill the logo regularly.
increase substeps that the particles stay inside (or add some kill deamons to kill those particles)

as you have cached your sim, you can set your particles to "cache" and deactivate the meshing. than you can generate your wetmap "in a single pass". dont forget that this mash has to be UV'd correctly before - otherwise you ll not be able to use the result. (unfortunately the wet...

i once had that problem too.
in my case, i solved it by scaling the scene from 0.1 to 0.2.

at oldcode: thanks for noticing that i didnt show that. you can set the inner mesh to inactive, then the particles can get out of that mesh. the mesh doesnt look pretty but i couldnt find any issues concerning the mesh. here we go just simple ani for showing purposes: http://www.peterpflaum.at/realf...

hey folks, i was just working on a project where an object had to be filled with a high number of particles. thus i created a circle emitter, adjusted the values and started the sim to fill that object. when the object was filled the water had to settle down for couple of hours. if i wasnt satisfied...
