Nice! It's improving rapidly.

Looking forward to seeing the next steps.

Re: Test of Beer using filter only

It's looking good! You can go even a step further and introduce a second filter based on age in order to re-transform the foam into beer again. Only thing for a final version I would do is adding more randomisation of the beer emitter so that the stepping is no longer visible, and maybe the differen...

Re: Alembic Stitch Crashes

Hi Evoconian,

thanks for this information!

I am glad it works for you now. So you are able to stitch 300 small files in one go.

Off topic: a new fluid simulator for Blender

It is not RealFlow, but Blender has just received a new commercial fluid simulator: https://www.blendermarket.com/products/flipfluids

Re: Realflow Hybrido - Large Sim Crash out - Panick time?

It seems to be on a good way, great news! If drag is better than other strategies, I don't know. It probably always makes sense to limit the use of hardware resources and extreme situations within the simulation. Unfortunately I don't have fast hardware here and so I have not done much with hybrido ...

Re: Realflow Hybrido - Large Sim Crash out - Panick time?

Hi sorry to hear that hybrido behaves so nasty with this sim. Do you see the same crashes when using the command line mode? Crashes could be related to sharp changes within the simulation. Maybe adding a drag daemon or increasing the frame per second setting to even higher values could help. Regardi...

Re: graph: convert rpc files into bin files

Ok, I see now the problem, but I don't have Octane and cannot comment on that. You still could render any particles by attaching geometry (spheres) to it? It would be slow and memory-intensive, but that should work with any render engine. Works well with Redshift here. Redshift has a "Particle&...

Re: graph: convert rpc files into bin files

But you do have the RF connect plugin, right? And that has a particle importer part that reads RPC-files. So, you should have particles anyway in C4D, even if it is not bin.

Re: graph: convert rpc files into bin files

I don't know about graphs, but the bin-format is probably going away in next versions anyway.
If you are using Cinema4d with X-particles you could use the cache-import function of X-particles and use the Krakatoa PRT-format as a workaround.
