Re: Export RealFlow C4D to Element 3D

Hi that may not be possible directly inside cinema. I see the problem here, that each mesh or particle file that is shown in the viewport is actually a new one for each step in the timeline. So, if you try to export, Cinema (and Riptide) might see only one file. What works here is caching the RFC4D ...

Re: Dyverso Sim using ALL CPU's no mater how many I set?

Hi I have not heard of that issue so far. Maybe it is best to contact tech support at Nextlimit for any advice on that. Usually, people rather complain about a software that is not using all of the CPUs they have... myself, for example, have never seen that a version of RealFlow has used all of the ...

Re: the bubbles leave the fluid

Hi

I had similar problems with foam in hybrido in the past. I think, the best would be to not use Hybrido and make the bubbles using Dyverso. Just use low density, drag force and a very high surface tension. That should produce nice bubbles.

Re: Cant find old page of Coke commercial

The website at realflow is getting renewed from time to time, so it can be hard to keep track of the material there. Nevertheless, the name of the case study implies that it was work from Fusion Studio. Maybe you can find similar animations on their page with case studies and examples: http://fusion...

Re: integrated RealFlow-plugin comes to Maya

It is hard to speculate (although somewhat tempting :D ) what the future brings for RealFlow. I am curious to see what Maya users say about the comparison between Bifrost and the RF-plugin. In addition there is Chaosgroup Phoenix with their own fluid solver in Max and Maya. The field is more open in...

Re: Problems Filling anything with hybrido

But the layering is only visible at extreme closeup, no? And does not matter when the particles are skinned/meshed.
For more splashes increase the "DY interaction factor" in the objects parameters.

Re: integrated RealFlow-plugin comes to Maya

Hi Forester, I didn't know that you are also a Maya user besides 3Dsmax. My experience with the RF-Plugin version in Cinema4D is a very positive one. True, some things are not possible (yet) such as the part of RF that deals with rigid-soft bodies, or the realwave, and there is no real file exchange...

Re: Problems Filling anything with hybrido

I have not used Hybrido for such small containers, Maybe a fish tank was the smallest thing. Hybrido may not be the best option for filling anything small, simply because it lacks the details of the other solvers and does not benefit from GPU acceleration.

Re: Problems Filling anything with hybrido

Hi

maybe you have done it already long time ago, but did you check the "conserve volume" checkbox?
