Re: Realflow Hybrido Secondaries

Hi

in the older RealWave system there is this two-way action of splash particles that can create smaller waves by their own.
However, with Hybrido, the secondaries are produced by and follow the core fluid, but they don't act on the core fluid.

Re: Dyverso - Solid Ouside Volume mode kills particles

Ok, now I get it :) The object is completely closed. No, I don't see a way how this could work with the dyverso system because it does not make a difference between the inner surface and the outer one. So, only the standard particles seem to be useful in this case. It is anyway a situation which is ...

Re: Dyverso - Solid Ouside Volume mode kills particles

I don't see an attached image? I think the best way to show images here on this forum is using free external services such as dropbox or http://tinypic.com

Re: Dyverso - Solid Ouside Volume mode kills particles

Hi

did you try the "shell" mode for the object? This is the most similar mode compared to the old standard particle system.

Re: Retiming dyverso particles

Hi

there was indeed a bug in Dyverso retiming (and a couple of other things were incomplete in RF10 regarding Dyverso).
But most of these bugs should be fixed in the latest version RF10.1
So best would be to update RF if you have the maintenance contract.

Re: direct connect Only nucleus?

A new version of the RFconnect plugin for Maya and another one for 3DSMax are now available at the Nextlimit Customer Gateway.

By the way, the renderkint-plugins are no longer updated, no render kit anymore.

Re: Realwave Object Splash won't work

It seems to work here in RF10.1. I think the waves have to be very high and choppy to create the crest splash. The object needs to be added in the object field of the object splash emitter. http://www.cardiomyocytes.com/realflow/realwave-crest-object-splash.jpg Project file for RF10.1 http://www.car...

Re: Realwave Object Splash won't work

Hi

it is possible that you have to use higher values for some of the parameters of the splash, such as the upward force.
