Re: Graph Water To Foam ?

Very Cool, Thomas! Thank you so much for these. For anyone who wants to see the Graphs Thomas made to transfer water particles to foam for a simple pour of water into a cup, here are large images of them. These are posted in a large form, so that they can be read easily. Just right-click on either o...

Re: How to set up this simple fountain?

Playing with this a bit more today. Here is a simpler alternate method that would work for your particular scene. This method does not require two emitters for each fountain plume. Just a single Dyverso Domain and emitter for each plume fountain. The kill_Age Daemon is still key to creating a wider ...

Re: How to set up this simple fountain?

Here are the settings for a "spearplume" type fountain, and an explanation. You can recreate this in your Demo version of Realflow, and experiment to get the exact effect you wish. Here's an image of the plume I set up for you to look more or less like those in your reference picture -- ht...

Graph Water To Foam ?

Thomas, would you be willing to provide a simple example of how to transfer water particles to foam particles for a simple Dyverso fountain, using the RF 10 Graph facility? Perhaps in a few posted images here, or on your own website ? Just something simple and very basic. It would be of general inte...

Re: How to set up this simple fountain?

Numerobis, you should not buy that particular Water Wall scene from me. You are using the Demo version of Realflow - which will not "read" scene files made for the regular version of Realflow. The Demo version of Realflow is limited to reading scene files made in a Demo version of the soft...

Re: How to set up this simple fountain?

These spear-shaped fountains are very difficult to create in Realflow. It has taken me almost a year to figure out how to create these in any reliable way. :) The trick is to use two emitters (either in Dyverso or the Standard Particle Emission solver), one of which has the diameter you wish for the...

Re: how to you make liquid Explosion?

We need more information about your settings. Can you post (write here in text) the settings you use for the emitter, especially the Particle Density settings? And the settings you are using for the Mesher? (Polygon Size setting, ans are you using any Mesh Filter or Mesh Thinning settings?) It does ...

Re: How can I make this fluid?

Just reporting on experimentation with the Dyverso Spline Emitter - Because this is an interesting question raised by JYH126..... After working with the Spline Emitter (Dyverso) for awhile, I would continue to recommend the use of a Helper Object to shape a free form liquid such as for the goal of J...

Re: How can I make this fluid?

JYH126, to me it looks like you have done a very good job of making a free form liquid like that shown in your reference image. You seem to learn the RF program very quickly, and to do good work with it!
