try making the circles / boundaries on the dspline after the bend bigger and have stronger forces on them. dsplines are tricky, and you have to always use different force settings on almost each control point, specially after a bend or change in direction. you can always try adding a drag force to r...

i have seen some crazy stuff with SD's, mostly due to user error and some quirks i have found out.

It helps if you have a 'convert to mesh' on top of your stack (in 3dsmax).

Also dont overwrite and old SD, use new names/ files everytime.

Does the SD work fine if you import it on your 3d app?

hi, these graphs are giving me a headache... :? i am loading the built in 'particle force field' demo file, it works. what i a trying to figure out is how to affect a SPH emitter instead of the Hybrido one, what i am guessing is i need to convert the forcefieldadd to some sort o f vector ? as SPH do...

Hi,

i have found similar issues with RW, sometimes the waves apear way ahead of the collision object, then they go back to normal.

I didnt find a workaround, unfortunately, i will be interested to hear of a solution too

it would be great if there was a proper 'benchmark' section somewhere... i sent some files to a friend about 3 months ago, and on a 2 year old xeon (cant remember the specs) his sim times where 30 sec to my 1:30 secs on Rf 2012. so FAST.. i would love to get a xeon system, but not knowing if Rf will...
