They even have a bundle where you can get the case studies and the FX TD program (which includes the RF training)...

I think when I mesh it up it should look better, I am hoping when I did the setup the grid for the mesh that the foam will stay on top...I'm going to try to do both a maxwell render and a vray render with this and see how they compare. It will look good either way, I just want to get it right I tell...

Thanks for the reply Oldcode! The whale I can't control, that was downloaded from luis's blog so I left the animation untouched, plus it's just the camera angle doesn't make it any better...I should also mention that I'm using Hybrido 2 and not standard particles.. I'm using a single workstation... ...

Alright so I think I figured out the final solution...well this is what worked...
I took down the scale in realflow to .01 and I also took the fps from 30 to 15...that really got the fluid settled...
