mesh doesn't match geometry

Is your letter 'A' geometry in the global links? If so try removing it, or disabling it. Looks like it might be colliding with the geometry instead of passing through it.

Hey man very cool. I find myself wanting to see the bullets deform and fragment in some soft body goodness, not sure how that would look with the casing attached though. Pretty sweet though, I think what you have works well.
